TG started its strong Track tradition in January 2001. We had 12 athletes compete during the 2002 Indoor Season. During that inaugural indoor season, 2 of our athletes finished in the Top 8 of their individual events at the AAU Southern Indoor National Championships. In addition, both earned the distinguished "All-American" Status.

Throughout the years, we have grown exponentially and in 2006, had over 85 athletes compete. Our initial focus was solely on short sprinting (100M, 200M, and 400M). As we expanded and re-evaluated our program, we discovered the need to teach younger kids. Also, in 2008 we developed an exceptional Jumps, Throwing, and Middle/Long Distance programs.

Many of our athletes have qualified to compete in the USATF and AAU Jr. Olympics held in various locations. We are proud of all of our athletes and their accomplishments!
